Apollo 13 Jack Swigert 'Rare' Signed White Space Suit Lithograph Authenticated

Jack Leonard Swigert Jr. [1931 1982] was an American astronaut, aeronautical engineer, test pilot and United States Air Force pilot who served aboard the Apollo 13 mission. Swigert joined NASA in 1966 and was assigned as a member of Apollo 7's astronaut support crew. In 1970 Swigert was assigned as a late replacement for Ken Mattingly as command module pilot for the Apollo 13 moon mission along with commander James Lovell and lunar module pilot Fred Haise. The mission was forced to abort after a rupture of an oxygen tank and the crew along with mission control overcame numerous
life-threatening
obstacles to return the crew safely to earth. Swigert was also the first to announce the now famous transmission ''Houston, we've had a problem''.

exceedingly rare WSS White Space Suit lithograph signed by Jack Leonard Swigert Jr. Avid astronaut collectors are well aware of the
rarity
of this image autographed. The autograph is dedicated and signed ''Jack Swigert'' in black felt tip pen. The lithograph measures 7.50 x 9.25 inches and is in fine condition and has retained its colors and displays very nicely. The lithograph was trimmed from its original 8.00 x 10.00 size to be displayed.
The autograph has been authenticated by Zarelli Space Authentication and will be accompanied with the above Letter of Authenticity. This is a desirable example, authenticated and rare to obtain like a Jim Irwin WSS NASA lithograph.
