the stamp cover is part of the Milestones of Flight Commemorative Series Number 17
and commemorates the 5th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing mission (July 20, 1969- July 20, 1974)
the stamp cover itself measures approximately 7 inches x 4 inches (while the frame measures approximately 11.5 inches x 14.5 inches)
the stamp cover and its frame are in very good condition for its age and the signature still looks good
