This is a bank deposit slip signed by Apollo 13 astronaut Jim Lovell.  This was all the original owner had on hand at the time to be signed.  It was obtained after a private speaking engagement in 1982.  The signature was submitted for a quick opinion with Beckett Authentication Services and was deemed "Likely to pass full authentication".  I will be more than happy to offer a money back guarantee on this if for some reason it does not pass full authentication via one of the major services.
Condition Notes:
The signature on this is great.  Big and bold with no runs or smears.  Does have an ink skip on part of the "J".  Unfortunately, it runs over the text on the slip so it might not make the greatest cut sig.  The slip has two vertical folds and a small corner missing.  The area with the signature is in great shape though.
